There's been plenty of times I have purchase something online & get the product stuffed in to a crumpled up box; I am very instantly disappointed. The reason Netflix has become a household name is because people have associated the red envelope with a gift! Consumers get happy when they see the bright red Netflix envelope in the mailbox. This is a ideal example of the aim every company ought to have. Plenty of companies these days don't think people notice the difference between receiving a product in a box covered in a fun logo or in a dumpy half opened box. Trust this; consumers notice everything as well as a tiny additional hard work in the packaging department goes a long way. Customers are more likely to tell their friends about the great experience they had opening your package, in the event you as a company put a tiny hard work & time in to the details.
